Last night was a totally unique and magical experience at the park!✨

We had the pleasure of hosting a sound bath on the lawn, where approximately 1,000 people came together for a to "bathe" in sound from a symphony of guitar, piano, violin, cello, vocals and sound bowls throughout the lawn.

Harvest Fair was such a blast this weekend! So many wonderful partners came together with everything FALL — from farm animals (Bring the Farm to You) to scarecrow stilt walkers (The Amazing Giants) to some EPIC pumpkin carving by Rock On Ice.

Talk about one for the memory books! Boyz II Men and Harmonic Soul gave some seriously soulful performances, the crowd brought the good vibes, and even the stunning orange sunset helped set the stage for a beautiful night of music, dance and community.

Find your fit here at the park with FREE yoga and cardio every week thanks to United Healthcare! Here's what you can expect⬇️

SLOW FLOW YOGA (Tues at 5:30pm & 6:30pm): Slow flow movement to emphasize peace and calm. Guided through a series of fluid standing and sitting postures, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches, and moving mindfully. Classes taught by Raw Yoga 614. Note: our kickball league takes place in the South Lawn at the same time, so if you're looking for more Zen — check out our Wednesday class!

CARDIO (Wed at 5:30pm): HIIT-style workout designed to strengthen and sculpt! Work out in intervals ranging in time duration with bodyweight exercises using power and strength. Modifications provided and suitable for all levels. Classes taught by Seven Studios.

VINYASA YOGA: (Wed at 6:30 pm): Vinyasa practice including sun salutation sequences and individual poses for strength, balance and restoration, ending in savasana. Great for beginners through advanced. Classes taught by Seven Studios
