Good luck to North Stars and Vocal Pointe who are off to compete at Fishers HS and to all of our choir members performing at ISSMA Solo & Ensemble! We are so proud of all of you and your hard work!

We had a blast at the Jay County Spectacular a couple weekends ago! Vocal Pointe placed 1st in the small mixed division and North Stars placed 2nd in the univoice! Both groups advanced to the evening finals where VP placed 3rd and NS placed 4th overall. Alyssa Maddox and Kate Franklin were selected as Outstanding Performers for their groups. North Stars was awarded Best Crew, and Rebekah Woodruff won best soloist in a show!

Rebekah Woodruff also was 1st runner-up in the solo competition and Elizabeth Alderfer placed 2nd-runner up!

Columbus North was well represented by these outstanding students! We are looking forward to competing at Fishers HS this weekend!

We enjoyed a festive day of caroling around the community this week! Students went to our local elementary schools and nursing homes to spread some holiday cheer!

With just over 24 hours since kickoff, we've raised over $2500 in donations so far! North Stars and Vocal Pointe are raising money for crucial expenses ahead of competition season. Congrats Ms. Kopp! Well deserved!

As part of our district's Strategic Plan, the weekly staff highlight is an opportunity to recognize the purposeful work conducted by BCSC staff members. These staff members were nominated and then randomly selected from each of their respective groups. This week's congratulations goes to Columbus Signature Academy New Tech High School's Tonya Sims and Columbus North High School's Eleanor Kopp.
