The grounds surrounding the music will feature live art by some of the region’s most talented graffiti writers, food trucks, a kids art area, spaces for local vendors, and more. What's up everybody? We know we've been radio silent since 2020. As a quick update there isn't any current plans to bring 2x2Fest back in a sustainable way, but until we get that all figured out, we're still working to bring good hip-hop to the city.

If you missed it, we threw a live hip-hop show at Lookoutsupply on Sunday right after Governor DeWine announced that the city was going to be under a stay at home order the following night. The crowd pulled up and parked in a circle around the MCs and everybody practiced social distancing. We swapped clapping for honks and it was one to remember for sure. 📷 by Josh Miller

After 5 years of bringing every element of hip-hop culture to a single festival here in Columbus, Ohio, the team is taking a year off from the big day to focus on connecting with more hip-hop fans online and off. What started as a little gathering of under 1,000 people in 2015 at a motorcycle junkyard grew into a weekend full of workshops, good vibes, and good hip-hop with thousands in attendance.

Although there won’t be a 2020 festival, be on the lookout for smaller events by the 2x2 Hip-Hop Crew happening throughout the year in and around Ohio and make sure you follow us on all of our social media profiles to get your regular dose of the elements.

Thanks to everybody for rocking with us the last 5 years and we’ll be back bigger and better than ever.
