We are hiring staff to join our team in providing exceptional childcare services at Ft. Belvoir Chapels and at area events and retreats. We provide parents access to attend programs by providing childcare on-site in designated childcare spaces. All care is facilitated in a group environment with other Night Owl Staff present. One must be team oriented and enjoy providing a fun, safe, nurturing, and clean environment to little ones while their parents enjoy access to the program, service, or event. *staff may not bring their own children to work. Please review shifts and requirements below.

Care at Ft. Belvoir takes place :

Sundays - 7:30 AM- 12:30PM
Tuesdays 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Wednesdays 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Thursdays 9:00 AM-12:30 PM

Area event opportunities are made available to staff who wish to participate.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work without bias amongst many different faiths
Must exude professionalism and passion for providing children safe and engaging care
Must be reliable and consistently available to work Thursday mornings
Must submit required background documents on Ft. Belvoir
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to work some holidays
Must be able to attend and complete required trainings provided by Night Owl Kids Care, LLC.
