Tarot Tea Party is on summer vacation, but teacher Libby Bruce will still be here teaching us about ANOTHER form of card divination...Lenormand Oracle!! 🔮 And it's happening THIS WEEK on Thursday June 20th from 6-8pm!! ✨

Named for famed French reader Marie Anne Lenormand, the Lenormand Oracle deck is a delightfully simple (yet endlessly complex) method of cartomancy. This class will cover the basics of working with the Lenormand Oracle. No previous experience is required. Please bring a Lenormand deck you would like to work with.

CHURCH & Witchlab prznt: SACRAMENT will be a WITCHY romp thru all things spooky and fun! The perfect opportunity to let your true dark self OUT! So get dressed up in yourwithcy-best and get ready to throw down some incantations thru the ritual of dance as we pay our rite to the fires of summer!

Church/Cathedral's own KevyKev and broken boy will wind up the Victrola and weave a tapestry of your fave Gothy, Shoegazey treats to keep the Black Magic going all night!

Sacrament will also feature specialty RITUAL COCKTAILS to wet your whistle, served up by WitchLab's own celebrity bar staff, and Spooky performers will mix and mingle with the crowd to help set the atmosphere of Diablerie!

Tomorrow, folks!! 👏 Are you ready to dive in and learn all about tarot?!

Course Description from instructor, Brooke:
Tarot offers a glimpse at possible futures as well as guidance on our path by higher self. Reading the cards should be inclusive to everyone but can be very intimidating with a total of 78 cards each with unique standard and reversed meanings.

I have studied the numerology and symbology used across many Rider-Waite inspired decks to develop a system for learning to read tarot that relies on an understanding of the 4 suits, and each individual number as opposed to each individual card. This greatly reduces the memory work and allows you to focus on the intuitive aspects of reading more quickly.

In this three-part class, we will discuss the history of the tarot, all major and minor arcana cards, tarot spreads, how to read intuitively, and practice readings together. I’ve had great success with previous students and you will leave this class better prepared to read tarot for yourself and others.

This is a supportive and safe environment where genuine conversation and mutual discovery takes place. Learning is supported and encouraged and there are no dumb questions. The information presented follows no particular path.

Class Fee is $80
