Are you wondering if you need a wedding coordinator or what they should do for you? Here are 4 of the things I will do for you as your wedding coordinator.

1. Check over and discuss all of the details. As a coordinator I often find that when I am doing my “final conference” brides will say things like, “I haven’t even thought about that!” or “I am so happy you brought that up, I completely forgot about it.” The month leading up to your wedding will be very busy and I will just be there to make sure the little details don’t slip through the cracks.

2. Check over/edit the photographer’s timeline or create a timeline for the day. The key to a successful wedding day is staying on time! The timeline should be rigid enough to make sure all wedding tasks are completed but also flexible enough to accommodate any unexpected changes. (I promise something will come up, but if you have me, you have no worries! I will take care of it!)

3. Communicate with vendors and bridal party members. On the day of the wedding, the coordinator should be the contact person for all vendors. Making sure that all vendors are on the same page is a major task that must be done. The wedding day can’t be successful if no one knows when to do their job or where to be.

4. Be your advocate! This is my #1 job and I take it very serious! I am constantly reminding my brides that this is their day and no one else’s opinion matters. Well, other than the groom, but IYKYK. Happy wife, happy life! 😊 I will be happy to give advice and suggestions but at the end of the day even my opinion doesn’t matter. I do not mind stepping in and making sure things go exactly the way you want them to. I am there to make dreams come true!

Pictured below is one of my brides that started out as a stranger but now I feel like I am apart of her family. I have not only coordinated her wedding but also her two sisters’ weddings as well. So you can see, I will even be there to make sure the cake is off your face and your makeup is good before the next picture! 🤍

I feel like I gain a little more knowledge from every wedding. It isn’t always wedding related, just things that are good to know in life. Yesterday’s wedding was no exception.
Things I learned…
1. The weather is going to do its own thing, all you can do is pray and ALWAYS have a backup plan. Thankfully the rain cleared up just in time for the ceremony.
2. How to tie a tie! As you can see from the picture below, this was an exciting accomplishment for me!

I loved working with Lauren Lewis and Paxton Trull and their families and wedding party. I wish you two many years of love and happiness. May the Lord bless you both! 🤍

Hey! I am Jazmine Vance! I love helping others on their special day! On my wedding day (even though my wedding was very small) I can remember wishing I had someone other than a family member who could have taken care of the details. I wanted everyone to enjoy the day and I didn’t want anyone to worry about missing out on any of the memories… I guess that explains the why, now let’s talk about the how. About 5 years ago Angie Atkins (She has always believed in me more than I have myself.) called me and said, “Hey, I have a wedding this weekend and they need a coordinator. I think you will be perfect for the job!” Very hesitantly I said, “Okay! I will do it!” I remember thinking “what if I do something wrong and something doesn’t turn out right!!” But as always, I put on a smile and a cute dress (You can do ANYTHING in a cute dress!) and went to work! Since then I have successfully coordinated many weddings and have had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful couples. I look forward to coordinating many more events and would be ecstatic to work with you!
