My mother married my ra**st.
My biological parents were married for 22 years before they divorced. After the divorce, my mother moved from Ohio to Mississippi, where she met a man 20 years younger than her. They started dating and eventually became a couple. He and my mother moved in together, and they relocated to Georgia. However, things started falling apart. At 8 years old, my stepfather would come into my room at night and feel on my chest. I would move his hand or tell him to stop, but he would keep doing it. I would tell my mother, but she wouldn't believe me. That's when things took a turn for the worse. He started putting his mouth on my chest, forcing his fingers in me, and he would whisper in my ear what I could do to make myself feel good. He would make me get on top of him with my clothes on, and he’d try to make me give oral. He molested me from age 8 to 14, almost every night. It was pure torture. By the time I was 13 years old, I was pregnant, not by my stepfather but by somebody else. I was searching for love in the wrong places, and I had s3x one time and got pregnant by a man, ten years older than me.
One day, my stepfather came into my room while I was lying on my stomach, sleeping next to my newborn daughter. He pulled down my clothes, poured baby oil on my bottom, and r***d me. I couldn't fight back because I was on my stomach, and he was bigger than me. I laid there crying, silently, and just took the pain. When he was done he whispered in my ear, “I know you're not sleeping” and then he left my room. I wrote my mother a letter, and gave it to her when she got home from work. She read it, and confronted him. They argued, and he kept saying the devil made him do it. And I guess that was good enough for her, because they are still together to this day! Not only did he violate me, but he also did it to 2 other kids in our family. Sexual abuse took a toll on me; I was depressed and a heavy drinker for years. I had trust issues and was always fighting. However, I started building a stronger relationship with God, and He helped me overcome every storm. I'm now married, with four kids and six grandkids. I'm an author of 50 books, including my life story titled "My Mother Married My Rapist” which is available on Amazon. I'm also a screenwriter. This year, I started a movie company called God Did It Productions, and I teach classes on how to become an author. I'm just grateful GOD helped me through this, and turned my pain into purpose.
