Terms & Conditions

1. 25% deposit due at contract signing; Balance due by day of event

2. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE except in the following cases:
a.Officiant is unable to perform for any reason)
b. Couple is unable to attend due to an emergency (car accident, illness, hospitalization, severe family emergency, extreme weather)
* If a refund is deemed necessary, refund will be paid within 30 day

s of either cancelation date or event date (which ever is sooner)

3. Payment Options: Cash, Check, Debit, Credit Card, Transfer, PayPal, Venmo

4. Travel included with package is within the Columbus 270 Outerbelt only; Travel outside of that area is an additional fee; State of Ohio only

5. Licensed only in the State of Ohio (all counties/all cities); Marriage License must originate from an Ohio county

6. All packages include two meetings (either in-person or via Zoom/Skype/GoogleMeet) and unlimited email/text communication. More meetings are additional and do not include the Rehearsal event. *First meet up before contract is a consultation and therefore has no fee associated with it.
