Kicked off this month by stepping out of my comfort zone doing something that absolutely scares me…public speaking 😩….and I am so so grateful I did. Thank you to for creating this series… you’re really THAT GURL!! I had the opportunity to share space with some really amazing, inspirational creatives and took home second place in a pitch competition- shoutout the first place winner 🎉🎉. Most importantly I got to share my passion with a lot of new faces in a new city that I fell in love with(It’s still LI foreva😆)So to my new followers and future clients….Welcome🫶🏾!! Teish is my name and food is my game!! (I’m also the freestyle queen- but we’ll table that for later). I am truly grateful you are here and looking forward to bringing the IMP experience to a kitchen near you!! chef

I was going to start this caption by saying I am not good at posting my work/content….but recently I’ve had a change of heart. It’s not that I’m not good at it, I just haven’t tried it yet. Woke up this morning and decided I wanted some cook up salt fish. Few things that took place
1. Got back home and realized I barely had bell peppers 😒
2. The green bananas at the store were almost ripe (which explains why the looked mashed
3. The plantain and pear (avocado)pretty like me 🤣🤣
4. Last but certainly not least. It’s not picture perfect but it’s worth the picture still 😏🤩
