Aa the year has moved on we are looking to partner with like minded local companies who are interested in heavy exposure for their business while also supporting an amazing cause which is our large scale free meet and greet of fairtytale chatacters event for local kids and families Imagination day : Meet and Greet this event will bring in over 1000 estimated visitors and will have attendees from not only North Carolina but also from south Carolina and some even from Virginia! We hope to work with as many local businesses as possible! Thank you!

Our " Mascots making a difference " Campaign is live!

Imagine a child in a hospital room, their world turned upside down by illness, feeling scared and uncertain. Now picture their face lighting up as their favorite character walks in, bringing joy, laughter, and hope.

At Rice Family Community Events, we believe in the power of joy and imagination to heal. Our mission is to raise funds to hire talented artists to create character mascots or to act in these mascots for free community meet-and-greets and hospital visits at our local children’s hospital. These moments of magic don’t just brighten a child’s day—they create memories that uplift families and remind them they are not alone.

But we can’t do it without your help.

Every donation to our GoFundMe campaign helps us:
🎨 Hire skilled artists to design and bring these mascots to life and to also hire the actors to bring them to you and your families!
🤝 Cover costs for community events and hospital visits.
🌟 Spread joy to children and families when they need it most.

The Rice Family Community Events nonprofit team is embarking on a mission to create a state-of-the-art indoor playground, a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for children and families to play, learn, and connect year-round.

We had such a great turn out this year for OPERATION IMAGINATION : FREE CABARRUS COUNTY TOY DRIVE AND GIVEAWAY. We were able to give out over 600 toys to those in need this year and a had a line wrapped around the building, Thank you for all of those that came out and helped us. We truly appreciate all of you today and throughout the entire year! This was our last event for 2024 and we are tired now 🤣 but we are thankful to be able to do it.
Stay tuned for next year ☺️ and we cant wait to continue to help the Cabarrus county community! Also big thank you to all the media outlets that have spread and promoted our events this year you all have been a huge and needed help!

In collaboration with Imagination Clubhouse We were so thankful a big crowd came and showed up for him (not so sure if he was) 🤣 but we had a blast and thank you for all of those that helped with crowd control and support from Carolina Mall on crowd control.....Same time next year? (only if the Grinch decided he has time for us )
