Our cooking class season is off to a great start. Saturday night we had an amazing group of fellow food lovers.
we made homemade ricotta, rolled up flank steak, and no baked cheesecake .
Our next booking class will be on February 22, at 5.
We will be making sweet potato gnocchi, chicken bruschetta, pan sauce to go over linguine and a chocolate molten cake.
it is $65 a person that includes beverage for the evening a charcuterie board to nibble on while you cook and all of your delicious meal and a fun night out.

Come join us on October 5th from 10-4 at @sweetwater_farms in Huntersville for a fun day of pumpkins, awesome playgrounds and super cute animals 🐮🐴 and don’t forget delicious food. We will be there selling our awesome house ground beef burgers, our Peruvian bowl and our Greek bowl.

We would like to thank all of our families who have joined us for this years Kids Cooking Camp.
We enjoyed having 35 campers this summer. We had lots of fun cooking and baking with all of them. This year we added a grand Buffet for all the families to Enjoy what their little chefs had made throughout the week. It was a great end to each week. 🥘🍳🌮🥨🥧

The youngest member of our staff got to go help out at @seededheartsfarm for the day to learn all about what it takes to raise delicious farm fresh eggs. We love supporting others local small businesses, so we are so happy that we serve eggs from seeded hearts farms.

Registration is now open for our kids summer cooking camp😃
This camp is designed for children 9 to 13 years old and who have a love of cooking and baking. Our camp is from 9 to 2 during the camp day, the children will work in teams of three to make a group snack and help make lunch. This is a hands-on camp. Children will be cutting chopping using the oven and stove. Chef Bob, and our other two counselors will be there to help but this camp is to teach and show the children how to make these recipes at home. Each child will get their very own cookbook to write down recipes.
Some recipe that children will be making are :
Homemade pasta, homemade pizza, homemade tomato sauce, chicken Parmesan, lasagna, chili, corn bread , cookies, cakes, muffins, pies, taco Tuesday, homemade mac & cheese, biscuits, scones, cinnamon rolls just to name a few 🥰
Week 1: June 24th-28th
Week 2:July 8th-12th
Week 3: July 15th-19th
to make things even more fun this year we are having a grand buffet on Friday evening from 5 to 7 for all families to come check out some of the kids creations.
