A Message from the Owner:

Y’all, we did it! I’m beyond excited to announce that Pours & Petals has officially been awarded Caterer of the Year by .lodging.and.restaurants!

In just four years, we’ve grown into two trailers, multiple bar carts, and a team of 23. This business it’s not just about providing food and drinks to an event, it’s an experience, a community and might I say, full of magic makers. I couldn’t have done this alone, and I want to thank the incredible people who made it possible:

✽ My boyfriend, Randy: Moved from Colorado to support me through the launch, inspired our expansion into food catering, and now co-leads our events, bringing his Hispanic heritage into our cuisine.

✽ My aunt Heather: Our master pastry chef behind all the custom baked goods and early supporter of my crazy idea.

✽ My amazing team: You handle every challenge with grace, from my last-minute changes to long drives across the state.

✽ My parents: For letting me build a food truck in their yard, taking over their house with supplies and supporting me through this wild journey.

✽ My family: For stepping in when we needed extra hands and always visiting my public events to show support.

✽ Fellow vendors: For consistently spreading the word, tagging us on social media, and sending us referrals that have helped us find most of our clients. A special shout to for believing in us before we even launched, and let us park on their property to sling our beverages in downtown Meredith.

✽ Our clients & followers: Your support means everything. I hang up every note I receive to remind me why I do this. You inspire me to keep pushing forward through the toughest events and times.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We promise to keep growing, thriving, and delivering the best catering service in New Hampshire!

we are a top 3 finalist for best caterer in new hampshire, for the second year in a row! thank you to .lodging.and.restaurants for recognizing our small business, and our hardworking team that we could not have gotten this far without 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I can’t believe how far we’ve come in just four years, as well as how our food catering has become a staple for us. starting as a beverage only catering business, we have truly come a long way. we have used inspiration for our dishes from decades old family recipes, seasonal fruits + veggies as well as local producers/farms.
