My heart is full today after a beautiful morning at the Canterbury Fair! I had so much fun! I saw so many friends! I will definitely be back next year! 🥰☀️

A million thank you‘s to the ladies who came out last night, and to our incredible host, the Wild Woman Wellness Center!
Art Chakra, a meditation and intuitive painting experience, may just be my favorite way to relax, quiet the critic in my head, and let inspiration do it’s thing.
Once we take away expectation of any particular outcome, and just focus on the flow of playing with colors, real magic can happen! 🥰
