Who remembers when we grew pumpkins in the front yard? This picture was taken in 2017. Now the front yard is filled with games and activities to enjoy on the farm and the NEW CORNBARN!

If you don't have time for the cornmaze and all the other activities, we still have pumpkins for sale at our retail market. Admission is not required to stop in and shop for the perfect CARVING PUMPKIN 🎃 🎃 🎃

LOVE WINS! All the time!

2015 was the year we scrounged up enough tomato dollars from the honor system to put up 2 BRANDNEW carports. This is where we sold our very own pumpkins. (We used to grow pumpkins before we had kids... and they flooded 3 years in a row) 🤣

This picture is printed off and posted on our refrigerator. Our life is busy and hectic... especially mid October! This is a reminder of how lucky we are to have each other and how lucky we are to have a successful farm!

From the bottom of our heart, THANK YOU for supporting us raising our family down here on the farm!

Attention... long post!

Today we hosted our own kids preschool fieldtrip at the farm! It was so fun seeing them interact with their friends and teachers showing them around and telling them how they work on the weekends scooping icecream and driving the hayride Tractor. This is bittersweet to us, knowing they will start kindergarten next year and only have the potential of 2 or 3 more field trips (to our own farm). TIME FLIES! We are trying our best to soak it up!

We've made many changes over the years and we strive for perfection and hospitality when we welcome guests to our Farm. The biggest change we've made is having our OWN kids. We now know what mama, daddy, and sissy and bobo need when enjoying the farm as a guest (little weird riding a hayride without an Almond Farm shirt or hat on)🤣 We also had some of our family tag along as guests and realized we need better bathroom facilities and walking trails to accommodate for everyone!

Four of the biggest changes we made this year are:

- HIRE more people and delegate positions to relieve stress from us so we can enjoy our family and farm ourselves.

- Re-design the layout where we use the open air barn so our grandparents and family can sit and watch majority of the activities. We also moved our Hog Hut (food and beer) into the barn as well.

- Closed Monday and Tuesday so we can spend time with our family, clean-up the farm, and be better prepared for field trips.

- Added THE NEW CORN BARN so families can sit in the shade and spend more time together.

We truly put our heart and soul into this farm and welcome EVERYONE! We promise to treat y'all like family and encourage y'all to spend the whole day on the farm when you decide to come!
