Sometimes you just need a little diced onion. The video shows you an easy method that I use. Also, if you have extra onions – which is rare for me as I consume so much – but you don’t want them to go rotten, simply chop them up and put into little boxes to freeze. Can you have chopped onion available for you to cook with it anytime!
