I’m so grateful that I get to capture some amazing seniors and it’s doubly rewarding when I’ve known them since they were born! This year I got to travel up to Winston Salem again to photograph our dear friends’ second senior in two years. Colin is such a fun, gregarious and witty character with a huge heart and big talent. He’s an awesome kiddo with so much energy it’s contagious:) I know he’s going fantastic places and I love that I get to watch him head off to do great things!

Fall family session with some of my absolute favs! I can’t believe I’ve been photographing these two since they were babies so that’s one way to feel old 😭. Mom always has everyone dressed to the 9’s down to the details and they make my day every time I get to shoot with them! nc

I always say my favorite thing ever is when seniors include personal things in their sessions and what’s more personal than the pets you love! Skye had an amazing session at UNCC botanical gardens where she absolutely killed it with every look and pose and then a fun quick studio session with mom’s help wrangling her fur babies. I know the whole family will love this entire gallery for years and years!

I was so excited to have the chance to capture pictures for Cale’s UNCC graduation in December. He wanted to spend some time in the botanical gardens as well as in front of the engineering building where he spent countless hours. After a few cancellations due to weather we had the perfect shooting day just a few days before he walked the stage. It was a great afternoon and I know he and his parents will treasure these images as he sets off to new adventures!

Last month I had the absolute privilege of heading up to Winston Salem to capture senior pics for a senior I’ve known literally forever! Our wonderful friends for decades are celebrating their oldest graduating this year and I couldn’t let anyone else capture these moments for them. Will is one amazing young man and one of the most kind, intelligent, witty and all around fantastic kids. I simply adore him (which I tell his parents all the time 🤪) and I’m so so excited to see all of the wonderful things his future has in store!
