This was an Oreo cake with Oreo buttercream icing. The images are all printed on edible sheets of icing, and then I piped neon colored buttercream for all of the detail work. I also made confetti from fondant, to make sure that colors matched perfectly! I am THRILLED with the results! Thank you so much for another order Mrs. Rodriguez! Wolf themed cake, for a Great Wolf Lodge party! The top-tier was strawberry cake and the bottom tier was vanilla cake. Both tiers had vanilla buttercream icing. I made the tree bark from fondant and then handpainted it for added texture, and I carved the howling wolf silhouette, from fondant and gum paste. Elegant, black and gold 50th birthday cake! The top tier was Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, and the bottom tier was butter pecan cake with butter pecan buttercream icing. Cinderella inspired, wedding cake! The top-tier was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing, and the bottom tier was butter pecan cake with butter pecan buttercream icing. I painted the design on top tier, with thinned out buttercream icing, quilted the bottom tier, and added edible pearls, made the bow from fondant and gum paste,and finished it off with handmade bluebirds draping the ribbon onto the cake. The carriage topper is a keepsake for the couple. Congratulations to my beautiful niece! I love you bunches and I am so proud to have been a part of your special day!

Chick-fil-a inspired, cake! This was a strawberry and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing. I made the waffle fries, ketchup, and french fry box, from fondant, everything is edible! Care Bears cake! This was an Oreo cake filled with Oreo buttercream icing, and the outside was covered with vanilla buttercream. 80’s themed cake! I was super excited to get this order, I’ve always wanted to do an entire 80’s themed cake! I made the Rubiks cube from melted chocolate and added fondant squares, the paint spatter in the bottom tier – which reminds me of the skating rink carpet (if you know, you know), was done with multiple shades of candy melts, and the MTV logo and mixtape are printed on edible sheets of icing. The inside of this cake is rainbow layers! I hope I get a photo from my client and I will show you the inside, as well! Thank you so much again for your order Mr. Dickson! Basketball themed cake! The top tier was Oreo cake with Oreo buttercream icing, and the bottom tier was chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. I made all of the detail work by hand from Fondant, and handpainted the floor on the top tier. This cake topper cracks me up! My client provided this, it was a custom order from Etsy. Gorgeous wedding cake and cupcake, setup! This was a butter pecan cake with butter pecan buttercream icing. I did a buttercream stenciling by hand, all around the cake. For the cupcakes, I did multiple types of toppers to match the brides bouquet. There were 155 cupcakes in the flavors red velvet, lemon, and butter pecan. The,”box”, also has a leather texture to it, but it did not photograph very well, so I am going to add a close-up picture in the comments below ,because I really like the way it turned out. The Lion King, baby shower cake! One of my new, top favorites! The top tier was Confetti cake, the middle tier was vanilla, and the bottom tier was chocolate. All three tiers have vanilla buttercream icing. The detail work is made by hand from fondant, and the picture on the top tier was printed on an edible sheet of icing. *NEW TECHNIQUE* Marbled buttercream, Candy Themed Cake! I always get really excited when a customer tells me I have free range on color options! I have made marbled fondant cakes in the past, but I have always wanted to try this particular marbled buttercream technique! I am super thrilled with the way that it turned out! This was a confetti cake with vanilla buttercream icing. When you cut it open, it is filled with skittles in the middle, and they will pour out! Thank you so much for another order, Mrs. Earnhardt!
