In an industry that keeps things unnecessarily complicated, we like to keep it simple. Here are four things that separate us from other venues:
1. We keep all our pricing simple and easy to find. Our $2,000/day price for weddings is the whole deal, no hidden fees or additional charges. (Pricing for smaller events can be found on our website)
2. We are DIY! If you want to bring in extra furniture, if you want to decorate the entire place, or if you want to use the space in a unique way, it’s all yours! Have fun with it!
3. No restricted vendors. We have a small list of recommended vendors, but you are free to use whomever you would like to. It’s YOUR event. We think you should be able to make it your own.
4. No overbearing owner or staff on site. We are available if you need us; but otherwise the space is yours! No picky owners or annoying manager to bother you during your event.

Being a smaller venue, we don’t offer a bridal suite like many larger (read: much more expensive) venue do. We’d like to think we offer something a bit better! In Safe Harbor Village, we have three beautiful Airbnbs, which are open to book when you book your wedding with us. This one has been running since May of 2022 and always gets rave reviews from everyone who stays there!
