This week's menu:
Grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted lemon asparagus
Chicken parmesean
Vegetable and 3 bean chili
Turkey or beef meatballs with roasted spaghetti squash
Chicken and vegetable stir fry lo mein
Honey, soy, garlic grilled salmon with smashed potatoes and haricot verts
Italian pasta salad
Cauliflower steaks with smashed potatoes, roasted honeg root carrots and roasted chick peas
