Parmesan-Asiago Crusted Mero Sea Bass – mild and tender white fish encrusted with parmesan-Asiago breading, pan seared and oven roasted to a golden brown, set on savory risotto and sautéed broccolini, drizzled with Limoncello Cream Sauce

🔹Fish and Chips - Fried lake walleye served with French fries, coleslaw & spiced citrus aioli sauce
🔹Walleye Sandwich - Lightly fried walleye set on a toasted bun, topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and spiced citrus aioli. Served with choice of French fries, coleslaw or seasonal fruit
