So this will be a personally vulnerable post, not to have people feeling bad for me, but as support for others. You are not alone! Also, I have had to deal with negative experiences in life, but my life has actually been blessed.

I've been on a health journey for my whole adult life. After getting pregnant with and having my oldest, my weight went up considerably. This was a result of having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. As a teen, it caused my blood sugars to drop making me feel like I was going to pass out. The necessary gaining of weight with pregnancy trigger the opposite reaction of this condition. I've had success and set backs with my weight and controlling this condition. Currently, I'm in a set back, but that is going to change.

Join me as I use the tools I have to make determined positive steps towards success. Beginning September I will be sharing meal plans, prepping ideas, and changing my own health while showing my youngest to right way to take care of yourself!

When I first came across Pampered Chef, I didn't know how to cook much at all. The Pampered Chef recipes and videos really helped me start learning how to cook.

About 10 years ago, I was beginning to feel more comfortable with my cooking skills but found that I was really sensitive to gluten. Not only did I need to obtain tools that wouldn't be used with gluten, but I was overwhelmed with how and what to cook. I had access to the tools, and had to do a lot of research on how and what to cook.

Now, my cooking skills have gotten much better, but my challenge is moving from a fairly decent kitchen to a small kitchen and cooking for a family of 4 having a restricted diet. Again, I will be turning to Pampered Chef to obtain versatile tools that can be used in multiple ways (which will allow me to get rid of excess non Pampered Chef items) and finding versatile recipes that can be adjusted to fit into my restrictions.
