Starting on 𝟐/𝟐𝟏/𝟐𝟓, Grubbin On Cloud9 will offering ”𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤” Personal Plates. From Fri - Sunday | 10p.m.-3a.m. (or when we sellout 1st)! This is for you Late Night Owls 🦉 who stay up late. Or maybe you’ll be leaving the Club, the Bar, ya Homegirl/Homeboy house, or you rolled up 🪴, and you’re hungry as hell, and you want some REAL Cooked (Non-Processed) Food. We know y’all are tired of that hit or miss WhatABurger, Denny’s, iHop, and Waffle House 🙅🏾‍♂️, and want something fresh, that’s actually Cooked with some Taste to it lol! That’s where we’ll come in. It will be a mix of Soul Food, Cajun Food, American Food, even Latin. The Menu will change Weekly. We will rotate our Desserts in there as well to constantly give y’all something different. Everything will be Cooked to Order. This is also where you’ll get our Platters for a steal (price wise).

We’ll have Pickup, and Delivery 🚚 from Houston, to every surrounding Town available for those of you who are a lil’ too lit to drive 😜. It will be a super easy process. You’ll just Text in to Order. We’re just gonna need y’all to follow the simple/laid out instructions as the Menu is posted Weekly.

It’s gonna be a really easy, & swift process! You will text your Order to Chef at 𝟖𝟑𝟐-𝟑𝟑𝟖-𝟕𝟏𝟔𝟎, along with Payment Method! FULL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDER! Once your Order is made, you’ll receive Pickup Confirmation.

Any Order over $150 will receive free Delivery within a certain Mile Radius that includes: The Woodlands/Conroe, Montgomery, Spring, Magnolia area. If you’re requesting Delivery, and not spending $150 or more, Delivery is $25. All items will be Professionally packaged, and presented to reflect Sale price! We have discounted our Cheesecakes, and full Bundt Cakes for you all from the Original Price for Valentine’s Day only! Cookies & Cupcakes will come 1 Full Dozen per Order. “Chef, what are you Cooking for Christmas?”

Not a DOGGONE THANG 🗣️. I made this Almond Vanilla Brown Sugar Cake for my Moms Friend that she asked me to do, and that’s it! Chef is sitting down, big chillin’, and I deserve to do just that. This has been one slammed/busy Thanksgiving & Christmas for us, so I honestly didn’t wanna even look, or smell Food that we - ourselves have to Cook. This my lil’ contribution right here 👇🏾. That thang is so moist, and good.

We have been crazy busy lately, that we forget to sometimes Post the Work 😩. And the Days just have been falling into each other 🤣!

Yesterday’s Delivery was for my Classmate who’s been Booking us every Year for the past 3 Years to do their Christmas Party, and another Client who wanted a 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧 𝐃𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 🍰. That Cake was fulla those Liquors. You could smell it!

Here at Grubbin On Cloud9, we like our Dressing to be many things. But the most important, we like a real moist Dressing around here - not dry 🙅🏾‍♂️😖, or overly “Saged”. The 2 major Keys to good Dressing is 1.) Day Old Cornbread, and 2.) Your Chicken Stock. We can’t give you all of our tips and tricks. Lunch Provided today for the awesome Staff (Techs, Veterinarian, and Surgeons) at Woodforest Animal Hospital for Vet Tech Week. 2nd time around, Baby. We love our Repeat Customers. We Catered for them back in March of this Year.

Mrs. Shannon (one of the Employees) called, and asked if we could provide them Lunch. We gave her a Menu, and she said “We Want It!” Then, she called back and said “Can we change it? Our Surgeon wants that same Cajun Pasta and sides that you made us last time! That was the best Pasta and sides that we have ever had!” Lol 😂. No problem! People don’t play around about that Cajun Pasta. It’s a bad boy, we can’t even lie to ya. Get on our Books before we get crazy busy for the Holidays. Yesterday’s Private Chef’ing went a lil’ something like this! This was for our Top Spending Client Mrs. Stephanie McShane’s Daughter Caitlyn, and her Friends celebrating Joe’s 21st Birthday. We’ve been locked in with the McShanes for over 3 years now 🔐.

7.26.2024 Wedding for the Jackson’s - EXECUTED ✅. Over 150 Guests served. We MASTERED the hell outta that❗️Visuals done by your Favorite Chef 🤙🏾. I envisioned how I wanted the Table to look. Flower Vases and all. 𝑻𝒐𝒑 𝑻𝒊𝒆𝒓!

I’d like to send a HUGE SHOUTOUT to my Team! This wouldn’t have been a possible Success without them! Thank You, Mom, Aunt Toni, and Trina for y’all’s hard work! Y’all handled y’all’s Business. There’s a lot of Hard Work that y’all just couldn’t even begin to understand what goes on behind the scenes to make something like this a Success. Usually for a Chef & Caterer, Weddings can be just as stressful as they are to the Wedding Planner because the Food can make or break the Wedding. It’s ALL Eyes on the Food! Yesterday was so chilled. We were ahead of ourselves, and on top of everything. The line flowed like Butter, also. Speaking of Butter? Check out those Honey Butter Rolls your Chef did. A Crowd favorite 😎.

Sweet Potato Pie 🍠 & Almond Vanilla Pound Cake (not pictured) for a Client pickup today! Y’all know Chef is real PARTICULAR & a**l about his Work.

These are not those Patti Labelle Pies (no harm or foul to Patti, but those are a disgrace to the Culture). Don’t bring no Light Skin Pies around us lol. Our Sweet Potato Pies need to be as dark as Chef himself 😎. Those Bad Boys need to have some Melanin in em’, and that Crust has to be nice and Brown. That let’s us know off top by just looking at em’ that they’re Flavored Perfectly. We also like our Sweet Potato Pie Custard to be smooth. We don’t like a clumpy Pie. That says you didn’t whip your Custard good/long enough, nor did you put enough Milk, or Eggs in it. Y’all know the OG Grandma Evelyn Jean taught us the game, and we ran with it.

We have a CRAZY busy Week ahead of us. So today is all about resting 😌. Huge Wedding Ceremony on Friday, and turn around and doing a Baby Shower on Saturday! Super blessed and honored to be 🙏🏾.
