This wedding day timeline ensures you make the most of every moment, from heartfelt first looks to epic dance-floor celebrations. Consider this order of events if you want to join cocktail hour & have more dance floor time

1:00 pm - Photo team begins coverage (detail shots)
2:10 pm - Robe/pre-getting-dressed photos
2:50 pm - Final prep - Everyone is dressed
3:10 pm - First look
3:20 pm - Couple portraits
3:50 pm - Wedding party portraits
4:20 pm - Immediate family portraits
4:50 pm - Couple freshens up
5:30 pm - Ceremony
6:00 pm - Cocktail hour begins; remaining family photos
6:45 pm - Entrance to Cocktail Hour for couple (optional announcement)
7:00 pm - Grand entrance w/ wedding party (optional)
7:05 pm - First dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance
7:20 pm - Dinner
8:00 pm - Toasts & cake cutting
8:40 pm - Mother/daughter dance (optional)
