We get questions all the time about what you can do as the customer to make it easier for us in order to make setup go smooth and your event even smoother, so we figured this could help!💚

• Do make sure your setup area is clear of any debris or doggy leavings. 💩
• Don’t assume we will still setup if the area is not clean.
• Do make sure you measure the area you want the unit setup at. 📐
• Don’t assume it will fit and then us possibly having to cancel or switch units if options are available.
• Do test out the electrical outlet/outlets you are wanting to use before we get there. 🔌
• Don’t have us run around the home testing them all out for you, this makes setup time longer and could make us late to the next drop.
• Do follow the rules listed on each unit.❗️
• Don’t horseplay to where yourself or someone else could get hurt.
• Do care for the unit as if it were your own. 🥰
• Don’t treat the unit like it’s easily replaceable.
And most importantly, have FUN! We strive for excellence at 1-2-3 Jump, where safety and fun are some of the most important aspects of our business. We can only hope that as the customer, you understand that we want nothing but the best for you and these things help us achieve that goal. We hope everyone has a great Tuesday!🌟
