Friends of The Dixie Cup – Although we gave it our best efforts, and we had several barns scheduled to show, there was simply not enough interest in this show, on our May 2nd - 4th, 2024 dates at the Georgia International Horse Park. Regretfully, we are cancelling The Dixie Cup Spring Classic Horse Show for this year. The American Saddlebred Horse Association of Georgia (ASHAG) remains committed to bringing back The Dixie Cup show. We are looking at alternative dates and locations for 2025. THANK YOU for your support and Happy Horse Showing!

Attention Dixie Cup Exhibitors: If possible, please enter your Barn/Trainer name and order the stalls you need by tomorrow COB (April 10th, 2024 - 5:00 PM). If you are not able to enter in www.horseshowsonline.com, please text Larry Schmidt and provide the number of stalls you need. Please note that if you do not use the stalls, you will not be billed. Thanks for your help!

It is with great regret that the show committee has decided to cancel the show for 2023. Entries were low and we could not financially justify running the show. Thank you to those that were going to come, we appreciate your support.

The Newton County Special Olympics Equestrian team is offering a pre-bedding service. All money goes directly to their program. Cost is $15 per stall. Please let us know if you would like to have your stalls pre-bedded so your horses can come directly off the trailer as soon as you pull in and, at the same time, help a very worthwile program.

We are getting close! Please plan to come to the beautiful Georgia International Horse park for the 2023 Dixie Cup. May 4-6. Plenty of safe matted stalls are available, convenient RV hookups, and plenty of southern hospitality.

The Dixie Cup will be holding a “Go As You Please” class Friday night. All entry fees will be donated to benefit Brannon Stables.

Class open to any entries, any attire.

Pre bedding of stalls at The Dixie Cup is available, $15 per stall. Please message John Goda III if you would like this done. All the money goes to the special Olympics volunteers. Pull in and immediately be able to unload into a freshly bedded stall.

I promise that we won’t put a horse in the stall to test it out, unless you want us to.
