We catered another beautiful wedding this past weekend at Macedonia Meadows. A little simpler menu than normal for us, but I think it turned out great.

Thank you again to the folks in the Clay County school system for allowing us to cook lunch for them.
We did smoked pork loin, grilled chicken, hashbrown casserole, green beans, pasta salad and we even did desserts this year.
This was a ton of work but it’s always fun and it’s always a pleasure to see these people, most of which I only get to see once a year.

We made a heck of a meal Wednesday night for a wedding rehearsal. Six courses in all. Some of the things were a first for us and they turned out great.
Stuffed mushrooms, filet sliders, my take on shrimp cocktail… Shrimp and grits… Caesar and Mediterranean salads… Brisket, blackened salmon, stuffed chicken breast…
Fresh green beans, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed corn with onion and peppers.
That was a mouthful :)

Rocked out another wedding last weekend at River Cliff. Everything turned out perfectly and I even got to have a little extra fun…. The band was kind enough to let me sit in on a song 🤘🏻

We've got a few show dates coming up! For now it's just one per month. We will update if we get anything additional between now and May. At the moment this is it. We've worked on a few new songs and are excited to play them live! Come rock out with us on a Friday or Saturday night! 🤘

We catered a wedding recently at The Millstone in Limestone, TN. Smoked pork butt, grilled chicken, pasta salad, Mac n cheese, green beans and a salad. It was a bit of a drive but everything worked out perfectly. Congrats to Gavin and Mackenzie.

Come join us and catch Dam That River as they take the stage at 37 Cedar for the first time!

Dam That River is a local hard rock cover band from the Upper Cumberland. Their name is taken from an Alice in Chains song, as they are also a partial tribute band to their older material; however, they also do lots of other related hard rock covers from 90s and 2000s. Bands like Stone Temple Pilots, Metallica, Godsmack, Deftones, Foo Fighters, and such are what they are all about!

We’ll be serving up hand-crafted cocktails, mocktails, and all the cold beer from both bars and our Kitchen will be preparing delicious made-from-sratch meals until midnight.
37 Cedar is THE place to be on Saturday Nights! The show starts at 9pm, but the party starts when you get here!

We cooked lunch for some of my favorite people on Thursday… Teacher’s in-service day in Clay County. They’ve been kind enough to ask me to return year after year to cook for their staff of 200. It’s always special for me considering the amount of family and friends I have there.
