Reason 3️⃣: Friday- Tennessee Tech University Night Headliner- Sister Hazel

Originating from Gainesville, FL, Sister Hazel is comprised of five gifted, seasoned musicians whose wellspring of natural talent has been called "one of the Top 100 Most Influential Independent Performers of the last 15 years" by Performing Songwriter Magazine. Song "All for You" topped the adult alternative charts during the summer of 1997 and the success propelled their album to platinum status.

We look forward for having local musicians and Soniclyft recording artists Hancock music and Braden Mitchell Wall open the show on Friday, September 6. Braden takes the stage at 6 p.m., followed by Hancock at 6:45 p.m! Bring a chair and enjoy the show!

Be sure to wear your purple and gold! Tech Boulevard will be set up on Friday night for the kids to enjoy. Some of our vendors will also be offering special discounts for students. On Saturday from 10-5, be sure to bring the kids to Fall FunFest to experience all that WCTE and their partners have to offer! We are grateful to WCTE for their partnership and for bringing these fun, hands-on activities for the children of our community.

Please note that several streets around the Historical Courthouse will be closed to for the festivities:
🔸 East Broad Street
🔸 Boyd Street
🔸 Freeze Street
🔸 South Madison Avenue
🔸 North Washington Avenue
🔸 South Jefferson Avenue

Please refer to the provided map for full closure details for Sept. 6 - 7. Closed street sections are marked in red. Streets will reopen by Sunday morning, Sept. 8.
