As our busy festival season is gearing up for our final run of shows we have began booking local catering and events for the fall and winter.

Keep us in mind for fundraisers, catering, in home private chef experiences, CHARCUTERIE, Weddings, banquets, parties & more!

We will be offering a weekly pre order and pick up menu for the fall out of our store front in Coplay as we finish up our construction there!

For booking our food trailer we will have availability in November, Dec & Jan.

For the last two years Bruce & I have done literally every part of our business... Loading trucks, hiring, driving, loading in, loading out, cleaning out the employee van every trip, ordering, inventory, etc

I’m not sure what finally clicked but I just want to give a shout out to these three for literally lightening our load:

Stevo Schaefer
Steven Lapp
Brandon Flowers

To brag on them they have loaded the truck the last 2 shows perfectly through pictures without us there, they have executed load in through checklists without us being there.

Stevo has been crushing managing people, managing 16 group chats currently this weekend (if you know anything about him and group chats they used to be his mortal enemy)

I overbooked this month with double events some weekends and I was stressing it hard core, these guys said you can lean on us sis, we got you!

No fights, no drama, just selling a ton of food really fast & straight vibing!

Thank you for respecting us, being loyal, loving us, helping us & growing with us!

Inviting you all to our hometown event!!!

Our menu is HUGE. Our food is made fresh to order! We travel the country feeding people at big music festivals & events and our business is coming to coplay.

For years we have been revamping the inside of the former Fragnitos Place Bar & we are in the final stages of getting it finished. We will soon be offering local catering, take out, and eventually some dining in and exciting food experiences.

A little about us

Our mission is to feed the people food they will rave about. We have been working concerts and music festivals feeding the masses for the past decade, prior to that managing kitchens around the country. Let your tastebuds tell you our culinary story from the savory soul food swamp lands of New Orleans, Louisiana and Jacksonville, FL to the BBQ backbone earned from years living in Memphis, TN and Birmingham, AL. Then there’s the German and Italian roots passed down from Oma and Nonna who raised our families in Allentown, PA. We have created a southern fusion menu incorporating elements from family recipes with traditional southern favorites. With the current challenges we are facing as a country during this pandemic, we have decided to start catering locally by way of a small brick and mortar located in Coplay, PA and out of food trucks. We have never been more excited about designing a menu and being able to serve it to our local customers, families, and friends. Our passion is creating flavorful dishes by incorporating elements from different cultures that will leave your tastebuds craving our combinations. Eat local! We proudly serve Gerhard Farms meats, Heapps Meats, and locally sourced organic produce.
