3rd Annual Santa Cause in the books, and it felt like the best year yet (the weather might have helped). We just wanted to share that we are taking in a few more donations, but right now we are approaching $11,000 raised for the Christmas is for Kids Program - all thanks to our community and local businesses for generous donations.

THANK you from the bottom of our hearts to the volunteers at the event, before the event, and after the event. Thank you to the vendors who donated their time and products just out of kindness. It takes a village! What a wonderful community we have.

Thank you to everyone who brought their families to enjoy the day, we are so lucky!

BIG NEWS...Santa Cause 2023 update...the event raised over $10,000 for Christmas is for Kids!! We truly cannot believe the turn out from the event, it was a magical day! The donations went directly to Penquis in Bangor for the Christmas is for Kids program, where online shoppers were ready to get shopping for local children!

This free event would not have been possible without all of the vendors willing to donate their time and services, the volunteers at the event, the friends and family who helped decorate and set up, and of course the community who made it so enjoyable! Megan Lakin Photography took over 100 family photos at the event, and spent countless behind the scene hours preparing those and emailing them to families. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for doing this for the second year in a row.

About Us

Jake grew up on the Speed Farm in Corinth raising cattle. Kelsi, along with her family, has always had a dream of running a local wedding and event center. When Jake and Kelsi stumbled upon the Puddledock Farm, their dreams collided. The Puddledock Gathering Post is a family run event center and farm set on 100 beautiful acres. The property features New England’s historical connected farm building, a true Big House, Little house, Back House, Barn. A stonewall surrounds the open fields, trout pond, red pines, and gardens.
