There is always plenty to eat weather it be smoked butts, ribs, chicken, steak, low country boil or even whole hog. We love to have big gatherings and you never know when some of our local musician friends might show up to play and sing. And now that the city of Cornelia has built a new parking lot for the Community House, we have room for 120 cars (as long as something is not going on at the Community House....LOL)

Going to be rolling some smoke!!! 10 lbs of pork belly brining for 10+ days for homemade bacon and 2 Duroc pork butts seasoned and ready to go on the smoker tomorrow. Thank you Tom Holbrook at City Butcher and Fish for some Awesome Pork Products. 🤗🐷
