What a great day for a fish fry to help the Lake Holcombe Improvement Association with their fundraiser. We hope all approximately 400 people had as much fun as we did.

Great week to start the catering season. Thanks to Dairyland Power for having us feed the lineman from accross the state that came for safety training. These special people are the hard working souls that keep the lights on. Thank you for all you do!!!!!

Great weekend. Friday we were at Darley's company picnic, Sat morning getting a couple things ready for Cathy Moussettes family reunion, then in the afternoon feed the group at the Elmer Erickson's Memorial Golf Tournament. Long week but wouldn't have in any other way.

Bitter sweet day. Today we handed the keys to Fosters to Don & Jen Hess. May they have as many great memories as we have had in the past 23 years.
