Friday we whipped up some baby back ribs. Our ribs are marinated overnight and start off in the smoker. We also made homestyle potato salad, slow cooked rich and thick baked beans and cornbread muffins. Sammy's barbecue sauce on the side. Our ribs are friends and fams favorites!

Last Friday we served up the best burgers around. Double Smashed Burgers!! 🔥🔥 If you missed this one, you truly missed out. Double patties, double cheese and loaded with all the fixins. Served with our homemade macaroni salad and shoestring fries. We also had our super soft Monster Cookies 🤤 filled with peanut butter, oats, M&M's, Reese's pieces and chocolate chips.

We decided to open up on a Saturday and served up loaded brisket burgers. These bad boys were worth the mess on our faces.

Our second Friday open. This was such a big hit! Loaded Brisket Fries. Loaded with our Mac My Cheese, juicy smoked brisket, Sammy's bbq sauce, candied bacon and fresh jalapenos. We also served up delicious strawberry shortcakes. Definitely have to do this one again soon 🔥
