IRL was a word that I did not have in my vocabulary until the pandemic.

I met these young entrepreneurs pushing for social change on Twitter then through .

In my entire career in tech I have never seen so many Latinos in one place under the umbrella of tech. provided that space and it was amazing to see so many Latinos engaged in projects and tech startups that meet the needs of our community.

I think IRL has a new meaning for me…. I Really Love ….. this.

We brought together new and old faces to the meetup.

We broke bread (tacos), networked and talked about the upcoming conference for NFT’s in LA this weekend.

I was hoping to see the younger generation there and they came. I was energized by them.

And we had a special visit from the OG from our region, .

Glad to see that we are breaking down barriers and building a genuine community.
