The went above and beyond for us, all the mechanics, the pits, amenities, and we even had drive from France to be our physical therapist for race day.

Sunday was wild. We had qualified 9th overall on Saturday. Our assigned grid position were p9 and p24. My first moto I started on p24 ended in p22. Second moto I started on p9 had a good start and got my doors blown off the whole moto and faded to 19. It was quite the humbling yet rad experience. Nick and Bronson killed it, as a team we got 10th overall which I feel like was an awesome accomplishment.

There are so many people I need to thank for this dream that came true. First and foremost my wife, . My entire family for helping me. Steve Alkyer took the reins as team manager and was a great tour guide making my first European adventure the best trip ever. gave us the opportunity to ride for his pma team on the best equipment. His little family and parents showed us what Italian hospitality looked like with amazing meals and a beautiful home to stay in. at bell helmets, for the helmet paint. for the custom mvd suit. backed us with tires. for the graphics. My teammates an , I’m so pround of both of you for elevating yourselves racing the world championship and it shows in your riding, racecraft, and overall composure. Nicky also deserves a shoutout for designing the gear and bike livery’s, we were the best dressed team. All my Friends. Mikey Helm stepped up and covered a lot of our extra costs. Plus we had a ton of donations and support from people and companies at home. Thank you for all prayers and support!

P10 for TeamUSA 🇺🇸 at the 2023 Supermoto of Nations! This event was absolutely insane to be at let alone be apart of! It was an honor to represent Team USA! These guys are the best in the world and definitely learned a lot from racing these guys.
I raced Moto 2 and Moto 3.
I was running P14 in my first Moto until I tucked the front with 2 laps to go.. after getting ran over I got back up and finished P18 with no front brake.
Moto 3 ended up P21 after starting from P24. With how fast everyone is here once you get around someone and the pack in front of you is gone it’s hard to catch back up.
Overall such an amazing event and stoked to be apart of it! Thanks to for hosting us and supplying us with the best bikes and pit setup!

Thanks to everyone else who helped make this happen!

What a weekend it was at Road America for AMA Supermoto! Closest race on the circuit for us at a absolutely beautiful facility. Started the day with Q1 in Pro Lites going on to take both Moto victories. Q4 in Open Pro, it was the first time in 3 months I've ridden my 450 and went back to my old set up so I was feeling pretty green on it. Was happy with P4 in moto 1. Then in Moto 2 I got a little gift and got the lead handed to me. So I went for it, held Nicky Reimer and Sean Butterman off for the majority of the race. My front tire started to go and I was falling apart a little at the end so I gave way to a hard charging Ty Fietzer. So pumped for how long I held it together out front and it's safe to say I got my confidence back on the 450. Thanks to my wife Samantha Buffum for all her hard work and keeping me and several of the other racers fed all weekend! One more national left for 2023 and we are looking to take this pro lites championship to the finish and stay in the top 3 in the Open Pro class!!!

Sean Butterman - What a day. Sick battles both Motos. First AMA Supermoto Open Pro victory in 8 years. Happy with how I rode, got some gifts in the moto’s with crashes from both Ty Fietzer and Nicky Reimer but still had to work my way to the front each moto, fell apart end of moto 2 but got the job done. So many people to thank that made It all possible. First and foremost my beautiful wife Brenda for the being my partner in crime and giving me a life I could only dream of, my family, Joe Agley of Team RSR Supermoto for the years support with bikes I couldn’t imagine, my boys Supermoto Racer Magazine, Jeff Rydalch of Toxic Moto Racing for killer trackside and Supermoto support, Klutch Industries for my MVD Racewear gear, Benny Tozzi for his sarcasm and head protection, Beringer Brakes USA for the best brakes, Metzeler for the only tires you need
Will Sequino for his support and epic hot sauces,
for the graphics, for the amazing suspension. Also shootout to CJ Rodden for helping out me and the boys with a canopy 🙌
