We had a last minute booking with a Wonderful family from Austin down in Port A for the holiday weekend. Friday’s dinner featured a little something for everyone. Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Chicken Alfredo, White Queso Mac n Cheese, Saute Flounder with a lemon caper sauce, Roasted Vegetables, Caesar and Greek Salad and Peach Cobbler for dessert.

We were back on Sunday for the Awards Brunch. It was filled with some Delicious Food and Great people. We had Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Our Ranch Hand Scramble, French Toast Bake topped with Bananas Foster, Biscuits & Sausage Gravy Fresh Fruit Salad, and a Gorgonzola and Strawberry Salad. This is definitely becoming one of our Favorite Events of the Year.

Last Friday we had the honor of once again catering for The Texas Women Angler Tournament in Port Aransas. We had a Big Crowd and served up some Delicious Food. Cuban sandwiches, Burger Sliders, Shrimp Tacos, Cobb Salad, and a Hummus Board. Thank you to Our Crew for all the hard work that went into to this event Sebastian, Matt, Dylan, Eric, David, and Franky. BigThank you to all the Hard Working and dedicated people that make this event happen year after year.

We are on the road this weekend in Fredericksburg for a Brunch for a Ladies Trip. We had everything from Our Monte Cristo with a Strawberry jalapeno preserve, Crustless Vegetable Quiche, Fruit Salad with fresh lime and mint, Watermelon Feta Salad, Our Sweet & Savory Flatbread. We are already looking forward to next year.

Working on some New Paninis for Chimmies. Roasted Chicken Breast is the focus. We are creating some Sweet & Savory Paninis. Roasted Chicken & Tomatoes, sliced Ham, crumbled bacon, provolone, and mozzarella with our Strawberry jalapeno preserve and Our Blackberry & Roasted chicken Panini with pepper jack, provolone, mozzarella and our strawberry jalapeno preserve.

We were out at Cinnamon Shores last night for a Dinner for an Awesome Family. We are so Lucky to get to Cook for them twice a year while they are here on Vacation. They had a sampling of the many great meals we offer. Starting with our most requested appetizer Our Southwest Style Lump Crab Cakes. They had fresh Saute Snapper Seared with Saute Mushrooms and Tomatoes, Pepper crusted Ahi Tuna, Shrimp & Roasted Jalapeno Cheddar Grits, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Feta, Sliced Pan Grilled Ribeye, Tuna Poke Tostadas, and Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus.

We were out In Bandera this Weekend Cooking for the Bandera 4-H Shotgun Team to Help raise money for their Club at their annual shoot. Cheeseburgers & Fajita Tacos for Everyone. Such a Great Weekend for this Awesome Sport. Congratulations to all the Kids that competed. See Yall next year.

We were in Horseshoe Bay yesterday for dinner for an Amazing Family. We took the Gulf Coast to the Hill Country. We started with our Salsa & Guacamole Bar and Dinner was Our Seafood Gumbo, Southwest Lump Crab Cakes, and a Shrimp Boil. For Dessert we had Our Bananas Foster Board with Cinnamon and Sugar Fried Tortilla Chips.

Big Thank You to The San Antonio Executives Association for having Us this weekend out in Rockport for their Fishing Tournament. We served Friday for Dinner Our Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Rice, and Boudin. Saturday’s Awards dinner was Ribeye Steak, Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes, and Sweet Soy Green Beans. We had our Brownie Bites for a Little Sweet ending. We will see Everyone again in September.

We were out In Port Aransas last night at Cinnamon Shores for Dinner with a Wonderful Family. Fresh Black Drum, Seared Ahi Tuna, Pan Grilled Ribeye, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus were on the menu. We started we Southwest Lump Crab Cakes, and our Tuna Poke Tostadas. We finished the evening with Banana Fosters over Butter grilled Pound Cake. We have limited days left for June & July give us a call and lets us build a delicious menu for your Summer Vacation.

We were in Port Aransas last night to celebrate a Wedding. We had Our grazing station for guests before dinner. Dinner featured Blackened Black Drum & Roasted Beef Tenderloin, for sides we had Loaded Smashed Potatoes & Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus as well as a Strawberry Spinach Feta Salad.

We were in Port Aransas last for a Dinner for a great group of Guys. Starting with Appetizers Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Seared Ahi Tuna with a Blood Orange & Wasabi Soy Sauce, and Tuna Poke Tostadas. Dinner featured a Surf & Turf Offering. Pan Seared Ribeye Steak with Caramelized Onions & Bella Mushrooms, Blackened Black Drum with a Pineapple Salsa. Sides for the evening were Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes, Jalapeno & Pepper Jack Cream Corn, and Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Feta & Balsamic Glaze. We finished with a Cinnamon & Sugar Bunuelo topped with a Pecan Bananas Foster.

Happy Mother’s Day! We were in Port A today for a Brunch Delivery. Fresh cheddar biscuits, Arugula strawberry & feta salad, fresh fruit salad with mint & lime, Ham steaks with brown sugar & orange, Vegetable Quiche, Potatoes Au gratin, and Lemon garlic butter Sockeye Salmon. There is nothing better than Brunch let Us spoil you and do all the work.

Big Thank you to Emergicon and Port Aransas EMS for having us out yesterday for The Education by the Sea Conference. We had 300 Hungry EMS personnel to feed for lunch. Smoked Pulled Pork, Mexican Street Corn, Chipotle Cole Slaw, and Kettle Style Chips with all the fixings. See Everyone Next Year!
