We were in Sinton last Saturday for the San Patricio & Aransas County
A&H Show. We provided a wide variety of items for the buyers on sale day. Beef tenderloin sliders to fried chicken wings. Thank you having us and we will see you next year.

We were in Port Aransas last night at
Aransas Princess for their Annual Owners Meeting. Tuna Poke, Boiled Shrimp, and Charcuterie started the evening. Dinner followed with Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Chicken with a mushroom parmesan sauce, Au gratin mashed potatoes, and Sweet green beans. Such a great evening with wonderful people.

We were out at Cinnamon Shores last night for a Special Birthday. We had one of our charcuterie boards, beef sliders, and a crab, shrimp, & lobster boil. Dessert was a snickers brownie bunt with cream cheese frosting. Happy Birthday Kynneedy!

We wrapped up Whitetail Season on the ranch a few days before Christmas. We had the opportunity once again of being apart of the Annual Combat Marine Outdoors Hunt. CMO is a wonderful organization that helps our combat veterans get into the outdoors and spend time with fellow veterans. These Men have given the Ultimate Sacrifice for all of us and for our country. It was our honor to be able to cook for them and see them enjoy some greats meals.

We were out at The Barn last night for the Annual Live Oak Livestock Auction Barn Christmas Party. We have been blessed to be apart of this event for many years. This gathering is about Family and Friends coming together to Celebrate. I am blessed to have both helping me during this Annual event. Big Thanks Always to Riley and Darlene for having us cook and to my crew. Sebastian, David, and Emma I couldn’t have and it without y’all. I can’t forget All the Guys that flipped steaks Mark, Lee, Albert, and everyone else who pitched in to help.
