WE’RE BACK! Just in time for Christmas! ONE DAY ONLY. We are smoking Sunday, December 19th. We already have over half the bbq pit filled with pre orders so do not wait to get your order in!

If you are looking for meats for Christmas, our meats can be frozen and thawed out once after smoking. We will send you home with smoked Wagyu fat or lard to add so that when reheated, your meats come out just as juicy as if they were fresh off the pit.

Guess what! We are smoking pork butts tomorrow (2.23)!!

The world is sold out of groceries, but we have five pork butts available to go to a loving home tomorrow after 5pm.

We slow smoke these beauties to perfection for 10 hours with traditional mesquite logs.

$45 picked up in Flour Bluff or $55 delivered. The pork butts are between 8 and 10 pounds each.
