We had a Private catering today for Tyson Foods in Seguin! As they said, “it was bussin’”. Headed to San Antonio tomorrow for another private catering.

Still riding that high from Crawfish for a Cause Corpus Christi 2024!! Man that was fun. 1,700lbs and 5th place. That competition in front of us was damn good! Back to the grind and 2 private caterings this week. The Season is still In full swing and give us a shout for your kiddos graduation or any reason at all for a party and crawfish boil.

C4 Crawfish lovers rejoice! Our pots will be boiling this weekend, offering fresh and tasty crawfish straight from the bayou!
We are kicking off the year with a fundraiser benefiting our Men Who Cook team and all proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas!

Oh, and we have a hug surprise in store for you all this year! 😉 We have been working hard this off season!

Hey everyone! Quick update - we have been very blessed and busy doing private caterings these past few weeks which is why we haven’t been doing public boils. We are taking this weekend off and will be back at it for the last few weeks we have left of the season. See y’all soon 😎

We had a great time at The Muley Mixer Classic in Kingsville today. We appreciate all the feedback and compliments from everyone. We’re on the books and will be back there next year which means 2024 dates are open and already being selected!

Audible audible! Unfortunately due to the high winds today, we aren’t able to be downtown at the food truck festival. We have relocated to the back patio at the Watering Hole 5723 Leopard St. Come have a beer and enjoy some delicious crawfish.
We’ll have crawfish ready to go by 2.

We apologize and are sorry for those who planned on seeing us downtown. We will try that event on another day.

The crew will be at the Shoreline Food Truck Festival this Saturday starting at 12 at the United Methodist Church. There will be lots of great food there and a fun environment. Stop by, say hi and grab ya a tray of some of the finest crawfish in Corpus. See ya there ✌️

Wow, what a day and it was a blast!!! The support and compliments we got were awesome to hear and thank you to everyone who came. We ended the day with 27 sacks at 941lbs! Amazing!!

We’ll be at it next Saturday for the Shoreline Food Truck Festival downtown and ready to roll.
