Wedding Etiquette 💙 Managing RSVPs ought to be a simple part of any planning process, but we know they are anything but. From chasing down unanswered invitations to requests for additional guests to the dreaded penciled in child or plus one, a host can often find themselves in a difficult position when the invitee does not adhere to proper etiquette.

In the case of the latter, you are certainly not expected to swallow the injustice and adjust your guest list. If someone had added or requested additional attendees, the best course of action is to contact the invitee and reiterate exactly who is invited and who will not be accommodated.

If they choose to no longer attend, so be it. After all, Choosing to attend or not attend was always the answer the house was seeking.
