Disaster Relief Day 1 & 2 started with a 30 Hour / 1,229 mile trip to Tropicana Field in Tampa, Florida.

The first 24 hours on the ground involved building the site. We unloaded our gear; erected tents and built both the mobile kitchen and the dining service area while other parts of the logistics company built sleeping quarters; laid generator power, brought on fresh water and restroom facilities. The first couple days are always the hardest as the accommodations are primitive at best but we got the job done in record time.

Yesterday we fed 1,000 for lunch and dinner. Today 2,000 breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tomorrow and for the next two to four weeks, we will be feeding 3,000 hardworking line men and women supporting their efforts to restore power to those hardest hit by Hurricane Milton.

Diamond Point Catering is often associated with some of the highest end events in the coastal bend catering society galas, premiere weddings and complicated corporate and industrial affairs. Just wanted to share with you a little bit about our Disaster Relief Division, ready at a moments notice to go wherever we are called to support highly complicated and logistically challenging recovery efforts.

We are amazing proud of our partners and team members as our little company from Corpus Christi builds its national reputation with our “get it done”, “can do” attitude.

Known for our hard work and professionalism, we’re proud to assist relief efforts across the nation. As we head to North Carolina and Florida to serve large camps of relief teams, we’re committed to staying as long as we’re needed.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the storm. Stay safe.

Calling all Parrot Heads! Join us for a magical night in Key West with America’s premier Jimmy Buffett tribute band, “Lost Shaker of Salt.” Experience the ultimate island vibe as they perform Buffett’s iconic hits with precision and flair. This is not just a concert; it’s a full-on tropical party!

What’s Included:

🦜 Dinner Service: 7:30PM - 9:30PM with four mouthwatering “Jimmy Buffett” themed food stations. Indulge in Caribbean-inspired appetizers, the Ultimate Cheeseburger in Paradise buffet, Kahlua Pulled Pork with Pineapple Salsa, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, and classic Key Lime Pie and Sponge Cake. Over the last two weeks, Diamond Point Catering Disaster Relief Teams have been tirelessly working in the Houston area, setting up multiple sites and helping communities to get back up and running in the aftermath of .

We feel deeply for those who were affected by this disaster. Our teams have provided over 30,000 meals and essential supplies. It is inspiring to see the resilience and strength of the Houston community during these challenging times.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers, first responders, and local organizations who have partnered with us in these efforts. Together, we are making a difference.
