Inflatables are classified as Class B amusement rides. Texas state law for inflatable rentals requires you to carry a liability insurance policy & complete annual unit state inspections. You also need to operate under a DBA or LLC and hold a sales tax permit. Now you know! Rent with peace of mind 🥳⭐️
