Tips from your Bartender, to newbies wanting to learn the trade:

*Greet everyone with a smile!
*If you don’t know how, take the time to learn!
*If your peers offer tips, listen! It’ll only help you!
*Learn when and HOW to cut someone off, respectfully!
*Be the life of the party 🎉
*If you’re not a ppl person, just don’t! Ppl don’t like a bartender without personality 💁🏼‍♀️
*Dont over work yourself, burn out is very real!
*Fresh is always best!
*keep your bar CLEAN
*Give credit where credit is due!
*be comfortable with being a therapist!
#1 rule— discretion! You didn’t hear, see or say nothing! That’s a bartender code! 😘

I had a goal to get out from behind a brick and mortar bar to one on wheels.. I wanted to be able to make great cocktails, mocktails and dirty sodas for everyone everywhere! And I’ve done that! I hit the ground running in February 2024 and have successfully worked 15 gigs! Been to 2 rallys, 2 weddings and several city events and private partys. It’s hard work and a lot of hustle! I’m hoping 2025 will bring even bigger opportunities for The Crows Nest! If y’all are looking to have something special at your event or party please shoot me a message, I’d love to! 🖤

The wedding today was beautiful! A small Intimate ceremony at a beautiful venue in Paris, TX. 😊 the property overlooked a small lake as well. The bride was beautiful, and so great to work with I couldn’t be happier! Weddings are definitely a favorite, everyone is dressed so nice and all smiles. Big thanks to DJ Beard for a wonderful job! Very hands on and took care of everything! If anyone needs a DJ he is definitely one I will vouch for! Thank you again so much 🖤

This evening I served flavored Margaritas (Mango, Jalapeño, Coconut, Strawberry & Lime). Strawberry and Classic Mojitos! 🤤 Lots of compliments on the jalapeño mango Margarita also! Might make that one a regular now lol. Thank you again for choosing us for your big day!
