Over the last several weeks we've been upgrading the conference center, including redesigning our kitchenette with all-new lighting, paint, and flooring. This room also has a sink, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. For presentations, there is a ceiling-mounted projector.

Today is a day for a drink. 9 years of planning and work have come together. Today we signed the contract officially buying my parents out of the business and buying the investment properties from them.
