Growing up in Alaska a refuge for me in the winter was our local nursery. Walking into the fresh smell of flowers was always the best mood booster. Filled with home decor and special other fun things. It often felt like a dream, especially as a kid. Ive lived all over the United States and never felt that feeling anywhere again. Until moving to Corydon. Wandering around the square I stepped foot into the cutest flower shop. The smell and feel of Hickman Flowers & Gifts, LLC put me right back into that dream. Beautifully decorated with almost too many things to look at I find myself seeing something new every time. Who would have thought I’d buy all my couch pillows from a flower shop! But by far the best part about Hickmans, is Missy, Regina and sweetie pup Mya. Missy was out doing deliveries when I brought lunch so we missed her in the picture. We brought them our shrimp vermicelli, a grilled chicken Sammy with blueberry bbq and a burger patty for Mya. These are the sweetest ladies at the sweetest shop.
