Our Set Crew oversees the delivery, set up, and strike of our in-house rentals, ensuring all *thousands* of items packed and prepped for each event are safely delivered and set up with precision!

Did you know we recently put our entire hors d’oeuvre menu through extensive R&D (research and development)? We check each bite-size hors d’oeuvre for ease of eating - so you don’t have to put down the cocktail hour beverage in your hand! We also confirm presentation, adjust to eliminate dripping sauces, and of course, taste test 😋

One of our favorite parts of the production process is the pre-shift meeting that happens for every single event. After set up and before guest arrival, your Event Lead and Chef Lead goes through the event flow, touchpoints, and menu in detail so we can seek opportunities for service excellence and 24 Carrots hospitality throughout the whole event. Simply the finest.
