In 2015 Brandon and his wife Angela began doing pop-up dinners for their network of friends while building Brandon’s clientele basis and was eventually inspired to start Thyme Well Spent Catering and Events LLC. Catering has led him to cook and cater for fortune 500 companies, celebrity clients, Luxe Magazine, personal chef driven meals for Frieda's Produce and Earth Friendly Products. He has donated his time to multiple charities, most recently Habitat for Humanity and a star studded event for All It Takes. Brandon looks at the opportunity to cater for the Irvine Wedding as a “Opportunity of Lifetime” and in the near future Chef Brandon hopes to open a restaurant and event space to further share his culinary creations. Thyme Well Spent is a husband and wife team that prides ourselves in using the best organic, local, sustainable products to responsibly create unforgettable culinary creations. Food is our passion and we strive to put that passion and pride onto each plate. To us food is more than just something we eat, its art, it’s a way of life, its what keeps our bodies running. Fittingly our company grew organically after providing our services for our friends dinner parties. From there we have been fortunate enough to diversify ourselves in the culinary business via high end dinner parties, large corporate gatherings, meal prep, and wine paired cooking classes. There is no event too big or too small. From a romantic chef prepared dinner for two, to a large corporate gathering we can take care of any and all culinary needs.
