nically after providing our services for our friends dinner parties. From there we have been fortunate enough to diversify ourselves in the culinary business via high end dinner parties, large corporate gatherings, meal prep, and wine paired cooking classes. From a romantic chef prepared dinner for two, to a large corporate gathering we can take care of any and all culinary needs. Our cold sushi case holds ingredients that are carefully sourced locally and from Japan which are prepared with precision, resulting in dishes that are both delicate and bursting with incredible flavors that will leave a lasting memory for your special event. Last night we celebrated the grand opening of the newly remodeled property with under the stars and skyline of South Coast newest luxury high rise living. Our interactive roaming caviar model with osetra caviar provide by was a huge hit, as well as our interactive chef experience in one of units where Chef Zack prepared a hamachi crudo dish for guests enjoyment. Planned and designed by , and brand was experienced from the ice luge created by , to the espresso martinis crafted by to tie in the espresso color palate of . Guests also sipped on cocktails sponsored by .

We’re honored to have participated for the first time in the Hunger Games 8.0 this past Thursday with raising $530K to help feed those in need and stop hunger in our community. Our Italian Hamachi Crudo was a big hit and couldn’t have been a success without the gracious donation of 25lbs. of hamachi from to serve over 400 samples of our dish “Italian Hamachi Crudo, Yuzu Dashi, Watermelon Radish, Finger Lime, Fermented Fresno and Meyer Lemon Chutney, Micro Green” Shout out to from for all his support in building our our commercial over the years!

We’re honored to have participated for the first time in the Hunger Games 8.0 this past Thursday with Bracken's Kitchen raising $530K to help feed those in need and stop hunger in our community. Happy 2 year anniversary to
Officially passed health department inspection on 4.15.23, tax day to be exact! Closed escrow December 2021, after months of architectural reviews, permits and approvals, we broke ground on our blank shell of a warehouse condo unit in August 2022. It took 8 months of construction, sweat, tears, thousands of unplanned dollars to the city more architectural gas line errors that cost us thousands to be continued months following our “opening” but here we are 2 years later. Our dream has come to fruition, thousands of meals prepared here, private dinners, chef collaborations, content creation, photo shoots and more. The sky is the limit and we can’t wait to continue to grow as a catering and events company from this space and as a venue/ rental space for our culinary and event industry! and had so much building, designing and creating this space. Can’t wait to continue to build and design more spaces! A big thank you to some those that made it possible,

Amid the devastating LA fires, the OC chef community has come together to donate their time and services, along with local purveyors donating goods to provide 2500 weekly meals to those effected by the fires, front line workers and first responders. Our kitchen in Costa Mesa served as the kick off prep site for the first few weeks to this humbling experience led by Chef Robert of , his organization and humble giving along with over 30 chefs, volunteers and donors delivering meals directly to those affected. .for.ten

Chef Brandon Hall attended culinary school in Las Vegas, NV at the French inspired CSN Culinary Program, however his talent is p In 2015 Brandon and his wife Angela began doing pop-up dinners for their network of friends while building Brandon’s clientele basis and was eventually inspired to start Thyme Well Spent Catering and Events LLC. Catering has led him to cook and cater for fortune 500 companies, celebrity clients, Luxe Magazine, personal chef driven meals for Frieda's Produce and Earth Friendly Products. He has donated his time to multiple charities, most recently Habitat for Humanity and a star studded event for All It Takes. Brandon looks at the opportunity to cater for the Irvine Wedding as a “Opportunity of Lifetime” and in the near future Chef Brandon hopes to open a restaurant and event space to further share his culinary creations.
