Sips Team Member Melina wears many hats at Piazza Messina, but perhaps her favorite is planting and tending our on-site garden! Follow along as we watch it grow, and stay tuned to see how we're using our summer harvest in your next meal or cocktail.

Melina found her passion for gardening after working on an urban farm in Denver a few years ago, where she learned the importance of knowing where your food comes from. Since then, she's started her own garden at home and took over planting and tending to the Messina garden. We're so grateful for her expertise and enthusiasm! Ask her all about it the next time you see her tending bar!
