In observance of Thanksgiving, our offices will be closed from Monday, November 20th, through Friday, November 24th, 2023. We will re-open at 8:00 AM on Monday, November 27th. On behalf of everyone at the Coudersport Consistory, we would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday.
We had an amazing time at the fall reunion! So many opportunities for fun, reaquainting with folks we only see a few times a year and especially meeting new people.
The ladies were busy creating handmade, one of a kind cards for our widows. We created wooden snowflakes made from two sizes of painted clothespins and a snowman hat made from a small metal trash can with adornments. As always, dirty bingo, real bingo and the auction were a big hit! The ladies challenged their memories during Name That Tune and their drawing skills listening to instructions while drawing on a plate on their heads! We held a tea party with flavored teas and even had snowman soup (hot chocolate) with our delicious homemade treats.
The generous donations of hats, gloves, mittens and socks to the Christmas House was overwhelming. They will distribute these items to youth in need.
The best part was the laughter shared and memories made. I appreciate your support and can't wait for June 2024, theme is Americana
