What else did you expect, of course it’s almost Father’s Day and we’re playing(can’t have this much fun and call it work)Pretty certain we finished off our crawfish season with a bang. 250 lbs of bugs with all the fixins and a kettle of our award winning chicken and sausage jambalaya. Backyard Boiling & Jambalaya for the win. A very special Happy Birthday to Capt. C.T. Williams. We were happy to provide the feast for your birthday party. Thank you again for having us, and we look forward to working with you and Danica Bailey Williams in the future.

Another day, another 1000 pounds. It’s all in a days work. Pots of jambalaya, crawfish everywhere and all the fixins. Thank you to the St. Tammany Parish Deputies Association for another fantastic day. Had the whole crew to help out, made the day that much better. As always, Abigail missed out on the photos.

Backyard Boiling and Jambalaya and the St.Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Deputy Association donated a pot of chicken and sausage jambalaya for the Special Olympics Torch Run in Mandeville today. Such an honor to support then athletes on their journey to their Olympic Games. P

New rig, new year, repeat clients. Gotta love when plans come together. Quick little boil with all the fixins for an 80th birthday party. We did his 75th and he requested us back. We are thankful for customers who continue to call for their boiling needs. My little small business rocks. Call us for your backyard adventures, corporate picnics and anything in between. No job too big, no job too small, we have the tools to do them all.

I've failed at times as a father, brother, friend, and son...and even, as a man... I don't always say the right things. I don't have an amazing physique, but what I do have, works for me. I may not be the most handsome man in the world, but I am ENOUGH! And I am me. I have scars because I have a history. Some people love me, some like me, some don't. I have done good. I have done bad. I'm often silly, but loving. I don't pretend to be someone I'm not, and I give it to you straight up without any chaser. I am who I am, you can like me or not. And if I like you, I do it with all my heart!!!❤ I make no apologies for WHO I am.
