Planning Lindsay and Zachary’s traditional New Orleans wedding and was a dream.

With a few photos of inspiration, a heavy emphasis on candle light, and traditional florals, we were on our way to creating a romantic reception with the dream team over and !

New Orleans courtyard ceremony turned seated dinner reception. 🪄✨

The key to staging and flipping a space from ceremony to reception in just 20 minutes takes planning and teamwork.
🙌🏼 All hands on deck!

🔑 have both ceremony + reception floor-plans available for the vendor team and a designated team member directing during the flip to quickly execute each moving part; tables/chairs/linens in place, place settings and seating chart, main bar and removal of any ceremony decor pieces

🔑 stage as many decor elements in place prior to ceremony for a seamless transition; always a good idea to incorporate as many reception pieces into your ceremony - with this in mind we staged all the candle decor pieces that would be used for the seated dinner as ceremony decor around the fountain

🔑 the pre ceremony welcome cocktails displayed doubled as the Secondline to-go beverage station

🔑 entertainment for your guests - a traditional New Orleans Secondline to Jackson square to celebrate the couple
