We are a full service floral and gift shop in Covington, GA. We design custom fresh floral bouquets and have a large variety of plants, cards & gifts. and Mrs.

Sherwood's Flowers and Gifts is a locally, family-owned florist in historic downtown Covington, Georgia. Sherwood's was established in 1946 by Mr. Aubra Sherwood. In 1966, the shop was purchased by another husband/wife team, Darvin and Rita White. The White family has worked to continue the reputation and legacy of high standards begun by the Sherwoods. Now, nearly 70 years since Sherwood's beginn

ing, that work ethic and family tradition and is still alive and well. The shop is now owned and operated by the second and third generations of the White family. Sherwood's has an accomplished staff of trained floral designers and salespersons eager to please each customer with a unique arrangement. We offer a large variety of fresh cut flowers and plants purchased from local Atlanta wholesalers and southern growers. We are a tradtional floral shop that has grown to accomodate the changing needs of our community. At Sherwood's, we are always eager to discover new trends, while also having a deep understanding of the classic traditions and styles. In addition to flowers, we also have a variety of gift items on display in our large showroom. We just love a sweet little “tussie-mussie” bouquet. 💐 Giving someone a tussie-mussie is a very old tradition. What makes them a little different from other bouquets is that they are hand-tied so the flowers can be carried or placed in a vase, and they are usually small and dainty.

Crotons are the perfect plant for fall with all of their colorful variegated leaves. 🍁 🍃 🍂
Give them a space in your house near a window where they can get a little bit of sunlight (away from cool a/c vents). Water them a couple of times a week, and watch them thrive!!
